ICC: Amazing Results at 2015 Nationals


Over the last decade, ICC players have had a tremendous impact on the sport of table tennis in the US.  This year at the 2015 US Nationals was yet another opportunity to showcase their players.  Paddle Palace is proud to sponsor the ICC and its continued efforts towards excellence in our sport.

Lily Zhang of USA Reached the Semi-Finals of Youth Olympic Games

lily_yog_croppedLily Zhang of USA reached the semi-finals of the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China, before a 4-1 defeat by number one seed Duo Hoi Kem of Hong Kong. (11-1, 5-11, 11-8, 11-9, 11-6). In the other semi-final match, Liu Gaoyang of China overcame Japan’s Miyu Kato in front of 4,000 spectators at Wutaishan Gymnasium. The bronze medal match between Lily Zhang and Miyu Kato is scheduled for 10:00 am on Wednesday, Aug. 20th; and the gold medal match between Duo Hoi Kem and Liu Gaoyang is scheduled for 11:30am.

2013 US National Club Team Championships

2013 Club Team Champions The final was yet another all bay area final in the 2013 US Nationals. SVTTC (Silicon Valley Table Tennis Club) and ICC (India Community Center) are both located in Milpitas, California. 12 full-time professional coaches (7 from SVTTC and 5 from ICC) came to the 2013 US Nationals to coach their players.

Timothy Wang Reigns As Three Time 2012 US National Champion


Timothy Wang’s game seems to rise above those around him as if by magic. Ask him how he manages to make the most of the big situations and he’ll tell you about his determination and a fighting spirit that never quits. A key member of the STIGA ICC Elite Team, Timothy credits his coaches Massimo Constantini for keeping him focused and Zhou Xin for keeping his game sharp.

2012 JUIC International Junior Championship – Register Now

The second annual JUIC International Junior Championship is scheduled for September 14 to 16 at ICC Table Tennis Club in Milpitas, CA. The tournament is one of the few events in the U.S. that offers players the chance to compete with internationally ranked juniors. Registration is open now. Come join the fun!
