ENGLAND:

Paul Drinkhall defeated Sam Walker to win the English singles title…. capping off a great tournament where he also won national titles for Men’s doubles and Mixed doubles.  Watch the Men’s finals above.  Drinkall is a Tibhar player:

FRANCE:

The French Champion, Emmanuel Lebesson, is a Tibhar player.  He is a left-handed, offensive minded player.  Watch the whole French Championship Final here.  Lebesson’s equipment:

DENMARK:

An injury to top seed Groth left the Danish Championships wide-open.  Tobias Rasmussen stepped up to take the title.  A year ago, Rasmussen and Groth had a great battle – that match is shown above.  Rasmussen is a STIGA player – his equipment is:

SWEDEN:

Anton Kallberg pulled an upset to win the Men’s event at the Swedish Open… and he made history by winning the U-20 as well (the first to win both events at the same tournament).  And you should get used to seeing this name – His sister Christina won the U-20 Ladies event.  He is a right-handed, offensive player.  The full Finals match is shown here.  He uses:

This year saw Stefan Fegerl win his fourth Austrian title.  The final was over Plattner – this video shows Fergerl in a previous Champions League event.

GERMANY:

Timo Boll appeared revitalized this year taking the German title again.  Ovtcharov pulled out due to injury opening up a somewhat easier path – but that doesn’t take anything away from Boll who has had a great run in 2017 already .  This was Boll’s 11th German National Title.
