Tibhar-sponsored Vladimir Samsonov dominated the Final of the Qatar Open last weekend defeating Dmitri Ovtachrov 4-1. Samsonov earned his spot in the Finals by defeating second seeded Chuang Chih Yuan 4-0. For his part, Ovtachrov defeated Marcos Freitas 4-2.
